The Shooting Federation awards for organisational work went to

Bronze plaque:

Adolf Kočar, Shooting Association Škofja Loka         for many years of successful work in the shooting sports

Adolf has been involved in shooting sports for more than 30 years, all of them as an active shooter. Adi, as he is called by his colleagues, is one of the members of the association who actively participated, or rather, was the leading and driving force in the organisation and construction of the new 17-track shooting range. He has put in more than 400 hours of voluntary work on this project and, at 81 years of age, nothing prevents him from taking on any job.

As an active competitor in veterans' matches within the Seniors' Association, he still hosts veterans in training at the shooting range every Thursday and manages the exterior and interior of the shooting range.

With his active role and dedicated volunteer work, Adi has a significant impact on the whole Shooting Association Škofja Loka and is thus a role model and example for all members of the association.

Gold plaque:

Stanislav Frolich, Ankaran Shooting Club         for many years of successful work in the shooting sports

Stane has been active in the Ankaran Shooting Family for four decades, he started as a junior competitor in the membership category. He has participated in competitions at various levels, from the ever popular Golden Arrow, which he won at the municipal level, to the 2nd place at the national level. He also competed in the second and occasionally the first national league, as well as in the championships of Yugoslavia and later Slovenia. He was for many years the leader of the national team of the association, and later, when he handed over the competitive role to the younger ones, he became the first to whom the competitors reported the results. Throughout the years he has helped the young shooters of the association to learn shooting skills. He has been active in the management of the shooting range since the beginning and takes most of the credit for ensuring that the range is always in compliance with the regulations and in working order. As he is the only member of the association who has the knowledge to repair various air weapons, the working weapons are also his merit.

Stane is a national rifle and pistol judge and has been involved in disability sport for the last 10 years.

The members of the association added: »Over the years we have changed members, presidents and coaches, but Stane is a constant, we can always count on him. The Society would be different without him and we are all grateful for his contribution.«

The Presidency of the Shooting Federation of Slovenia and the Commission for Organisation, Personnel and Promotion of the Shooting Federation of Slovenia would like to extend their sincere congratulations to all the award winners and their coaches.
