2010 - Shooter of the Year, awards by the Shooting Association of Slovenia

Raymond Debevec back on the throne, 29th Goaltender of the Year

On 22.12.2010 in Kidričevo, the Shooting Association of Slovenia announced the best shooters, shooters and associations in 2010. After a one-year break, the shooting throne returned Rajmond Debevec, who was selected as the top scorer of the year for the 29th time. In the women's competition, the ninth winner was Renata Oražem Vršič, and in the team competition Grosuplje Rifle Association.

Boštjan Maček ended Debevec's incredible streak last year and took home the domestic trophy from the serial Slovenian goal scorer of the year - a title he has won 28 times in a row. The two-time Slovenian Sportsman of the Year (1992 and 2000), holder of gold and bronze medals at the Summer Olympics (2000 and 2008) and two-time world's top scorer (1991 and 1993) has risen to the top again after a one-year break, In a tied standings, he gained a decisive advantage over Robert Markoja and Željko Moičević by setting a new national record with a maximum score of 600 rounds with the MK rifle in 60 lie at the National Championships in July. Debevec - together with Markoja and Dušan Zišek - also won the team bronze medal with standard rifle at this year's World Championships in Munich. Renata Oražem Vršič finished two matches in the “top 10” at the World Championships in August in the Bavarian capital: she was eighth with the triple position rifle, tenth with the 60 down rifle and set a new national record with the 60 down MK rifle. In the team competition, SD Grosuplje won for the third time in a row.

In the 2010/11 shooting season, 28 new national records were set, of which 5 were set by national teams, and these are:
